Unless specifically stated upon our website or on your ticker, Covid Passports/LFT/PCR Tests will no longer be requested.
The warning of masks in hospitality venues is not a requirement, although we encourage them to be used.
Some specific shows will have additional Covid Rules which will be displayed on the info and ticketing page for the show but our general policy is as follows
SYMPTOMS:
If you are feeling unwell or believe you have been exposed, please do not attend the performance.
PINGED:
If you have been pinged by the NHS Track & Trace App, please do not attend the performance and follow the isolation guidelines.
If you are able we highly recommend taking either the PCR or LFT prior to the performance (within 48 hours) before entry times. Currently, this is not a compulsory action to gain entry but if you can, please do! They are free from your local chemist and by ordering on the NHS England website.
MASKS:
When approaching and walking around the venue, we would really appreciate you wearing a face covering. This is not a compulsory action to gain entry to the venue nor inside the venue but it is the easiest and most sensible thing you can do to protect yourself, other customers and our staff.
CLEANING:
We deep clean the venue regularly. There will be hand sanitiser placed around the venue.
Please wash your hands when possible.
Please help us keep the venue clean by utilising bins and placing drinking receptacles in the appropriate places.
